Chat Message Tracker app enables remote access to incoming chat messages from various chat applications on the device. Currently, the app supports reading messages from WhatsApp, Hangouts, Skype, Hike, and Messenger, with more chat apps to be included in the future.

Disclaimer:

• The app is not intended for remote monitoring or spying purposes due to specific limitations:
  1. A persistent notification is displayed whenever the app operates in the background.
  2. No data is stored in public storage, preventing unauthorized access.
  3. Data sharing outside the app requires user authentication on the website.
• When a data request is made, a notification is shown in the notification bar.

How it works:

• Installation and registration using Email ID and a PIN are required.
• The default option to read chat messages is enabled post-registration but can be disabled as needed.

• A "Reset" option clears all stored information.
• Login to the website using Email ID and PIN to view chat messages; manual clicking of "Get Details" is required for message retrieval.
• The app relies on notifications to retrieve chat messages; absence of notifications prevents message access.

Permission for notification access:

The app necessitates notification access from other apps to read incoming chat messages; stored data is accessible via the website upon user login.

Google Developer Policy and GDPR Policy Compliance:

• Running background notifications that are non-cancelable and obligatory.
• Data encryption and local storage in a secure database.
• Delete functionality upon app uninstallation or after 3 months of storage duration.
• No automatic cloud uploads; users can opt-out and manage details via mobile or web platform.
